Cancellation policy

I understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change.  In order to keep things fair for everyone and to respect my time, I kindly ask that you understand the following:

Cancellations and change

• Please give at least 24h notice via mobile or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

• Changes made with less than 24h notice may incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee

• Missed appointments without any notice (no-show) will be charges at 100% of the appointmet fee

Running Late

• If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.  I'll always do my best to accommodate, but your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying my next client.  The full fee will still apply, .

If I need to reschedule

• Very occasionally, I may need to rearrange an appointment due to illness or unexpected circumstances.  If this happens, I will give you as much notice as I can an offer you the choice to reschedule or a full refund if you have paid in advance.
